A great place to relax and off the tourist and cruise ship path. Most people visiting the old city never venture as far north, so seating is readily available from 12pm onwards. Oh yes, 2 for 1 cocktails are a must whilst overlooking the university square. The food selection is great as well. My favorite part of Cartagena!
