The portion sizes for both the lomo saltado and papa rellena were disappointingly small. The major issue, however, was the chicken sandwich—it was absolutely overwhelmed with mayonnaise. When I took a bite at home, it was nothing but a huge glob of mayo. I ended up scraping off at least five tablespoons from the sandwich, not even counting what was already mixed with the chicken. Overall, it was a terrible experience. While some of the flavors were good, the quantity of food and the quality of the chicken sandwich did not justify the hour-and-a-half wait.

If you're looking for Peruvian food, be sure to check out El Bitute! The authenticity of their dishes is outstanding, and the food is absolutely delicious. My girlfriend loves the lomo saltado, while I personally enjoy the ceviche de pescado—it's something you won't find anywhere else! The owners are very nice and really take care of their customers. I highly recommend visiting this place!

Peruvian cuisine is known for delicious and this place is not disappointed! I had her Lomo-Salzado beef plate and I enjoyed every bite. the plate comes with bark, white rice, fries, tomatoes, wobbles and 2 sauces. it is worth a try!

I had an incredible experience with the Peruvian food here! I sampled what I believe to be the best ceviche in Texas, along with the Pollo a la Brasa, and both dishes were outstanding. Absolutely five stars!
