I'm not quite sure what happened, but the bean and cheese burritos used to come in generous portions, even with the price increases over the past few years. However, today I noticed that the two burritos I ordered had less filling than what one used to contain. The chips portion was also halved, but since they're free, I can't really complain about that. I've been a loyal customer at all their locations for years, and this is the first time I've felt shortchanged. The quality is still excellent, but when prices go up and portions go down, it feels like a real disappointment.
For 4 carne asada was $18 with tax. I have never paid so much money for tacos. My husband said they were not good. Meat had a lot of fat and no flavor. It had guacamole which didn’t have such a good taste and the pico de gallo was just tomato with onions. Never again even if I’m hungry will stop by just for tacos. Rather had gone to the Mc Donald’s next door which we never eat.
The portions here are smaller compared to other El Burrito locations, and unfortunately, they were out of carnitas when we visited. While the carne asada wasn't the juiciest I've had, it was still a decent meal overall. I prefer the other El Burrito Jr. restaurant.
If you're headed up the hill and have a craving for Mexican food, this is the perfect place to stop. The food is wonderful, the service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I highly recommend trying the chile relleno!

It was very good I ordered 2 hard shell chicken tacos but I waited too long to eat them something they were soggy but great flavor I'm sure if I had ate them right away they would have been better.,... Costumer service was ?
Yummy food ! I stopped by today instead of the burger place next door , I was just expecting tortillas and meat , NO SIR YOU GET THE WORKS , LETTUCE SALSA , CHEESE ! Really good !
The meat on the nachos looked old,taste was awful looks like the food was reheated and just was not a good one this time around
The food is the best!! Wish they were local to me. The young lady at the counter and serving was so sweet. Great all around.

My favorite chicken Tacos in the south bay.Good customer service, excellent dishes. Salsa and chips are awesome.
