I have a farm in Falset, Catalonia and this little gem is about 1km from it. The food is superb and the restaurant allows animals in and is owned by a very compassionate and friendly hostess. The food is superb and has opened my eyes to very tasty food that doesn't have meat as a protein and because of this I have changed my salads to be vegan. I can't recommend this place enough but on't expect fine dining, its a down to earth place with great vegan food and you won't find many of them! They also support local good causes that promote animal welfare. If it helps they have an amazing range of craft beers.. some up to 8%, so a great place to drink and eat... and meet with friends
Wow! This was such a nice surprise, finding this hidden gem in the middle of Priorat. You really would't expect a vegan place in Falset. Went there for breakfast...twice in two days! And I would repeat if we stayed longer. Nuria was really pleasant and helpful and she brought food enough to feed an army to our table. The tortilla was absolutely delicious. And croissants! Everything! Thank you so much! Will definitely go back when I'm in the region.
After tasting the menu of l' oli (oil menu) five stars without a doubt for this restaurant, managed with passion and affection. mercè, the owner, conveys very well so knowledge about his land, mixing in the conversation wine, oil, elaborations, history, places, anecdotes. In short love for what he does and you know, the kitchen made with love! must visit for my next visit to the priorat!

Loved El Secret. The food is amazing and th owners/staff are fantastic. Super flexible and accommodating.; whether you want something special or ask them to surprise you. We are there several times during the week and when I find my way back to Spain... we 'll be going there
