El Caserio de Guime voldoet precies aan de verwachting. Het is heel rustig gelegen, in een klein dorp waar behalve een kleine supermarkt niet veel te beleven is. En dat is nu precies waar wij naar op zoek waren. Drukte kan je opzoeken als je daar behoefte aan hebt, verder vinden we rust en privacy erg belangrijk. We kwamen 's avonds aan zagen toen al de prachtig verlichte tuin van ons huisje. Filip stond op ons te wachten en liet ons trots alles zien. Heel veel dingen die je normaal gesproken allemaal moet kopen, waren allemaal in het huisje aanwezig. Great place! Lovely island, lovely owners, lovely garden. Everything just perfect, except some maintenance issues... The garden has a dozen of tiny solar lights which must look amazing at night, except: none of them work.... The lights in the swimming pool: don't work. Light at the amazing barbecue: doesn't work. The lamp post next to the lovely bench you can sit on late at night: doesn't work. The IKEA smart lights in the living room? Remote doesn't work. We didn't complain about it as we just wanted to have a nice time and that works without these lights as well. But it was a small blemish on an otherwise perfect, perfect location. Location Guïme: The village is very centrally located in Lanzarote and thus the perfect starting point for visiting the sights all over the island. It is also very close to the airport (max. 15 minutes by car). Accommodation El Caserio de Guïme: Very spacious, both inside and outside. The private garden pool is perfect and offers plenty of peace and privacy. Rooms are large and all facilities (including Wi-Fi) work perfectly. Service by owner: Felipe and Anna are easy to reach, respond quickly to questions via phone/whatsApp and are generally very helpful. They are very nice and go beyond the reputation of duty. All in all the perfect accommodation for a Lanzarote holiday. Very recommended.
We had a perfect stay! Anna and Felip are very friendly and hospitable and are always available for questions. The house is great, it is an old farmhouse with many beautiful details that tell guests about its history. It is equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our meals on the terrace and our son loved the garden with all the cactus, and of course the pool that after a few sunny days was finally warm enough to swim. Güime is a nice quiet village in the centre of Lanzarote that makes it quick and easy to get anywhere on the island. We can definitely recommend staying here Thank you for everything Anna and Felip!
We stayed for two months in this renovated traditional house with pool. It is a great place in a quiet area for vacation or as we did, working from home (damaging WIFI speed)! The host and his family are beautiful and nurturing, we even have a Tortilla cooking course with Anna and eggs from their own chickens! Thanks again for having Felip Anna, you will definitely see again!
Great house with private pool, fully equipped kitchen, fast internet and very attentive hosts. When there was a problem, Anna and Felip immediately took care of it. They also drew attention to a fair in the next village, which we appreciated very much. You need a car, but there is a private parking.
