No wonder this restaurant has gotten mentioned by Michelin! This is really a culinary experience, and I would highly recommend booking a table here. The restaurant only has a few tables, so it would be beneficial to book in advance. We were nine people and had their 5-course-meal. We started off with appetizer consisting of asparagus soup, rice and a cous-cous alike dish, then we had homemade and fluffy bread with creamy butter. While the others had a duck dish for starter, I had a dish with salmon and vegetables which was flavorful, and the fish melted in my mouth. Acabo de almorzar muy bien en El Chaleco. El menú de precio fijo del E47 tiene una buena relación calidad-precio para este nivel de cocina. Además, estuvieron muy felices de atender las alergias de mi esposa. Hay una buena lista de vinos, aunque pequeña, con la mayoría de las botellas más c E8 en el precio de compra. El excelente local Calvente Blanco costaba sólo 22,95 euros. Muy recomendable.
Un menu especial, todo muy rico. Tomamos el menu corto, excelente el hojaldre de champiñones y fantastico el solomillo de cerdo. Guarniciones estupendas y un pan artesano recomendable. Atencion magnifica, nos cambiaron el plato principal a un comensal por uno de pescado sin aviso previo. Imprescindible probar.
Perhaps the shows he had were too optimistic.Close closed with processed foods that could have been short. the restaurant has a bit of removed hubicacion from the center and the decoration and the furniture are very improved. Well, good food, all right, but there was something else I'd be surprised.

Probamos el menú de degustación con más platos, no son muchos, pero si contundentes, de buen sabor y bien elaborados , tal vez lo más flojo los aperitivos. El vino blanco que nos recomendó muy bueno. Buena atención, aunque hay que adaptarse a su horario.

As always, it was wonderful a menu with seafood dishes, delicious wines and very reasonable price for quality. attentive and cordial service. a dream meal that we will soon renew thanks to audrey and stéphane.
