The servers took our card and disappeared for about 10 minutes before coming back with a handheld device that already had a suggested tip amount selected. When we tried to ask questions about it, we were made to feel like we were too clueless to understand how it worked. It's disappointing to see staff behaving like this. This incident happened to several guests on the evening of April 26, resulting in incorrect charges on their cards.
We were seated promptly for a table of two on a Saturday. The nachos and sauce were just as delicious as ever—definitely no disappointments there. Our food arrived quickly, and everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. The host was friendly and welcoming. I always return to this place to satisfy my food cravings!
The jalapeño poppers were absolutely amazing! We tried the hot salsa, and it was packed with flavor. The service was outstanding! We make it a point to visit every time we’re in Bridgewater.
