This Mexican restaurant holds a special place in my heart as it is my hometown favorite. It evokes a sense of nostalgia for me. However, what truly sets it apart is the consistent quality of its food, which is always delicious. Personally, I loooove their botana appetizer, the margaritas (whether frozen or on the rocks, any flavor will do), and the delicious mahi mahi puffy tacos. Carryout is almost always missing something. I did Carryout 3 times. First time they ruined both orders .The second time taco salad had almost no lettuce at all. The Manger refunded us. He is cool. The last time we tried different dishes. The portions were tiny almost for children. My meal needed tortilla pads which they didn't put in the bag. Dining in was always decent.
