El Chavis Taquizas

The portion was SO SMALL! I couldn't believe how crazy the Steak-Taco was. I thought honestly, maybe the food fell in the pocket. It was mainly onions and Zilantro. The meat was so crushed and NO FLAVOR that it was like scraping off the bottom of the pot. They were really good before the pandemic. After the pandemic, the foods taste much different and the portion size is SO SMALL! I wish I had made a picture of it. I didn't even begin to write a review and just don't go back, but reviews are important so that others can make a sound judgement on how to spend their hard-earned money. So here are my reviews. I just don't want to go back. Really sad as they are right across from my house..

Very disappointed! I went there with a taste for a good Mexican food and ordered a taco dinner. I asked for avocado, sour cream and cheese on my tacos. I looked at the register and they calculated me 50 cents per extra topping per taco! Ridiculous! I'm coming home and they just added the avocado and no sour cream or cheese that was near $5 extra. They were not generous with rice and beans. This place will never get my money again!

The food was amazing! It wasn?t greasy or too salty. All the ingredients were fresh. Loved the salsas and the rice. The chicken was very well marinated. Very good quality food! Will be coming again and again!

Order the Taco dinner 1 pastor w 2steak... And the steak meat was definitely not cooked a bit, the pastor did not taste like that at all, will not go back
