This place is hit and miss for me. The food is alright. They have specials each day which are nice and are the main reason I eat here! The patio in the summer can be a nice place to eat. Sometimes the inside of this restaurant has a bad smell which makes me not like eating here as often. They are usually pretty quick to serve the food and it comes out hot. They’re quick with pickup orders too. Generally the servers are friendly. Things that could be improved (Personal opinions): •SALSA they serve a mild salsa that is really bad, it tastes like eating ketchup •ATMOSPHERE if they were to tidy up, update the decor, and improve the indoor smell they could insanely increase their business! Usually happy with this place but had a terrible experience today. My waiter completely messed up our order, we ordered a side of guacamole and he charged us for 2 huge orders of guacamole (Xtra 20) and we asked for the taco special that was .99 but was given 8 tacos and mischarged for drinks. Our bill was supposed to be 35 and we were charged about 60. We went up to the front where u pay to talk to the hostess and she would only take off 1 guacamole and was very rude about it. On Friday, my family and I were sitting outside at a table with an umbrella overhead. We had just finished our meal, which was quite good. However, I was disappointed with the management's service. While we were seated, the umbrella either flew off or broke and struck me on the back of the neck, also hitting my sister-in-law. Some staff members came out to assist us, but none of them checked to see if we were alright. After we paid our bill, we decided to leave. I called to inform the manager about the incident, but he merely mentioned that the umbrella had been replaced due to its tendency to snap. When we asked for a refill on chips and salsa, we were informed that there would be an additional charge, which we understood and acknowledged, stating that we weren’t expecting our meals to be free. However, the owner continued to argue with us and even told us we could leave if we didn’t like it. At that point, we decided to leave and have not returned since. Overall, the management was lacking, and we found cleaner places with better food elsewhere.

we had an AMAZING woman helping us and all of the sudden someone from management kicked her out or something ? I couldn't see the whole interaction but the woman was wonderful and this establishment clearly has some issues because he screamed at her in-front of everyone. As a paying customer this made me very uncomfortable. She was incredibly sweet and did very good at her job so this whole thing was really weird.
A friend suggested that I check out the $1.50 tacos on Thursdays. I wasn’t expecting anything too large, but while they were decent for the price, they were quite small and not very well-filled. I love tacos and enjoy exploring new places, so I was a bit let down. However, I’m willing to give them one more chance; after all, most things deserve a second try, right?
Been coming here for over 20 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else for tacos and margs. Love the atmosphere. This place has been in my childhood for as long as I remember and the fact I can share this restaurant with my kids is wonderful. We love Thursdays! Can't wait for the outdoor patio to open up. Favorite spot to sit. Highly recommended.
Staff was very friendly and the ambience was wonderful. Most of there food is amazing, though the steak burrito i had was missing a bit on the flavor. My favorite of there's are the El pastor tacos with pineapple which are super delicious. Also the red sauce they serve with chips is crazy good. Definitely will go back.
