The food at this restaurant is good, but the service is terrible. During my first order, a meal was missing when it was delivered. When we called to inquire about it, they initially claimed they didn't see it on our order, but then admitted it was their mistake and asked if we still wanted it. It took another hour for the missing meal to arrive. I decided to give them another chance, but this time I opted to pick up the order since their delivery service was so unreliable. I placed three orders for the same meal, only to receive a call 20 minutes later saying they didn't have that item and asked for an alternative choice. When the replacement meal was ready, they called again asking for more...

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE . The worst customer service I’ve experienced in this area for mediocre food. We placed a order for a steak and chicken meal at 1:30.. they said pickup would be between 1:59 and 2:14 .. i arrive at 2:20 neither order was prepared and they told me to return in 30 mins . I return in 45 mins just to play it safe. When i return there’s 1 meal on the counter and another woman is now showing me that the chicken is still not cooked and that it would be another 2 hours. I was told to contact the app i ordered off of and complain. The customer service was extremely poor and not even a apology for the inconvenience was offered.

I was at an auto show, when we were ready for lunch I did my Yelp search and El condor was on the top 5 restaurants around the area. We took a chance and try this restaurant and it was a good choice. The menu offers a mix of traditional South American options. It is a low key restaurant but the staff was very friendly. The food was good and would visit again when I am around that area.

We were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the service was quick. It reminded my wife and me of the amazing cuisine we enjoyed in Peru. This restaurant has earned a spot on our list of regular go-to places.
