The staff at the restaurant are excellent polite speak multiple languages and are a pleasure to be around. the quality of the food does not match the service. Staying at the hotel I gave it a few attempts due to being lazy and not wanting to leave the hotel for lunch everyday. a-banda paella is good. lobster paella not good the lobster tail smelt like ammonia chewed it once had to spit it out.. Steak entrocote covered in salt and very fatty then chips covered in salt also couldn't even eat the steak had to settle for the chips as i could brush most of the salt off . Me and my partner ate here for dinner one evening. We had the garlic prawns for starters and the lobster paella for main. The garlic prawns were so tasty and full of flavour the prawns where cooked to perfection , we had some bread to go with it to mop up the sauce. We wanted to try to lobster and our waiter came over to teach us how to open the shell and eat it properly, he even explained to us the tastiest part of the lobster. The price was fair enough for the quality of food you get and I appreciate the effort that goes into the service. The only down fall I would say was the service was a little slow, we waited a really long time for our bill and also for water we had ordered. All in all...
Fuimos a cenar con el pack Escapada Romántica . Nos entraba primer y segundo plato y postre. La comida estuvo muy bien, de 10: muy sabrosa, presentación cuidada y cantidad abundante. El trato del personal muy bien también, estuvieron muy atentos y rápidos en el servicio. ¡Repetiremos!
Buena cocina y buena atención, las hamburguesas estupendas, los postres igualmente, los camareros y la atención en barra estupenda, se accede desde el hotel y también desde el exterior del mismo, si estás alojado tiene la opción del desayuno buffet que tenia buena pinta. Recomendado.

Encantado con la visita al restaurante que hay en las instalaciones del hotel doña Montse en Torrevieja. La comida muy buena y bien elaborada, se nota la calidad de sus productos y muy sorprendidos con el buen precio. Atención de diez y buenas instalaciones. Volveré
