Horrible place. BEWARE online prices are FAKE. The food at this place is HORRIBLE. The actual prices on the menu at the restaurant are 2 times more what they are online. Pupusas are $4 each and they are frozen and reheated. The pupusas are not made fresh. We waited over 1 hour for service while the waitresses were dancing on top of the table at the bar.The mix dish was $20 or $25 on the menu at the restaurant but they tried to charge me $35 claiming that the peice in the computer was different and that it was the actual price. So verify your check before you pay it.The owner had to be called and still they would not fixed the prices until I threatened them to call the police or I would leave...
When they messed up our order, the woman who took it went to the back to gossip about us instead of addressing the issue. We could clearly hear their conversation, especially since we are all Hispanic. Eventually, another staff member came out to inform us about the mistakes. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It seems more suited for people looking to drink rather than enjoy a meal. To add to the frustration, we were the only diners there, and I can’t understand how they managed to get three identical orders wrong. It took a long time for our food to arrive, and by the time we finally got to eat, our meals were already cold. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
The service was poor; I found myself repeatedly having to correct my server’s mistakes. The restaurant felt stuffy, possibly due to a lack of air conditioning, as it was quite humid inside. Additionally, the bathroom had a window that offered an uncomfortable view into the dining area. Overall, the food was subpar—my Guatemalan friend who accompanied me agreed that it didn’t taste authentic at all. To top it off, the water served was the cheapest brand available, and I was charged an extra $7 fee just for using a credit card. The entire experience was disorganized, and I can’t recommend this restaurant.
Terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend going there for a drink. The bartender overcharged me significantly. I ordered a double vodka with club soda, and they had the audacity to charge me $20. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they mentioned that a standard drink costs $10. Can you believe paying $10 for a mixed drink when the bartender didn't even pour a proper shot? A place like this shouldn't be operating. Réservez une table maintenant
