If I could give 0 stars, I would. The cashier (who is the owner's wife) was super rude. They had lost my business before for being so unprofessional and rude, and today they managed to do it again. I came for a burrito and asked if they could grill the meat extra. I was told that I had to eat it how they cook it. I asked her nicely again that I always come and get it extra grilled. She told me that how they cook it is how I eat it. Very rude. Just because your husband owns the place doesn't mean you have to be rude. The customer eats the food how they want it. It was late at night when my daughter and I finished shopping and were hungry. After a long day of work, I had told her to get in the car, and we ended up spending a couple of hours shopping. I was feeling frustrated and hungry, so I asked her to find a nearby taco spot. It was past 11:30 pm and she suggested Gavilan, but I spotted El Jaliscience and decided to stop there instead. These are the best tacos ever. I have tried tacos from many places and none compare to this place. Make sure to ask for the tacos de cabeza, they are so amazing. Thank me later.
