This restaurant is bustling! Its close proximity to The Ark Encounter and lack of other nearby options make it a popular choice for many families. Despite being packed on a Monday night, the staff was efficient and friendly. The only suggestion would be to expand the lobby area. The margherita pizza was delicious, the presentation of the dishes was attractive, the food was tasty, and the service was excellent. We would definitely come back without hesitation! The service was good, but the food quality was lacking. The nachos were soggy, the meat was bland, and the presentation was sloppy. Additionally, the restaurant was not very clean.

El Jalisco is hands down my favorite Mexican restaurant. I have tried countless others over the years, but was hesitant to try one with just one exit and not much else.

I was amazed by the generous portion of crab meat in my dish! Although our drinks took a bit longer to arrive, the restaurant was very busy- even on a Wednesday night.
