My name is boss Robert Sevaly and I am the new chef of El Jefe together with the boss Chuy Sandoval. Garces Group at Sagauro Palm Springs is under new management and we would like to invite you to come and feed with us. We have new menu items like our Torta menu, which offers the newly world-famous El Jefe Burger. The restaurant also has an immense Tequila selection. Its a good tequila bar and they have an EXCLENT mescal selection. Everything is at the restaurant is made from scratch, and all their margaritas are the best in town. Don't forgot about taco Tuesday and taco Thursday. Happy hour 2 to 6 during the weekdays. 100% would recommend. WAsk for Wes as your bartender

Left. Uncomfortable atmosphere, menu tries to be innovative without good staples. They have plastic covered menus that are sanitizable, yet refuse to use them and expect you to download an app so you can down load their menu. No, sorry.
