The Mexican food here is truly authentic! Although the staff is small, they're all young and hardworking. My drink was always full, and the salsa and chips were fresh and abundant. I ordered the Colorado shrimp fajitas, and the portion was huge, leaving me with plenty for a nice snack later. The variety of spices and desserts was impressive, and I especially loved the mushrooms! The service was incredibly friendly as well. If you're looking for a genuine Mexican restaurant where you're welcomed and your business is truly appreciated while enjoying excellent food, El Jimador is the perfect spot!

Amazing food! Amazing staff! I've been a regular at this restaurant for 18 years and have never been let down. It's still owned by the same lovely family. Their kids play in the back, which I absolutely love—it never disturbs me or my boyfriend. The entire family is involved in the business, and the love they pour into it is evident in every dish. In the summer, they even grow their own organic vegetables in a garden behind the restaurant. I highly recommend giving this place a try; you won't be disappointed!

we only came for vaterday and came there like 10 minutes before they had closed, they had already put food in the refrigerator and cleaned up, so they did not have to take us, but the young man was still very friendly and not like in a hurry or something, so he got a big tipp . that was our first time there and the plates are huge! they get much for the price point I would recommend to be back on every case!
