This restaurant and bar has the worst customer service ever. Have been here for lunch, dinner and also night time events. Although the atmosphere is good with great music the staff looks like they all hate their jobs. My boyfriend and I just walked in and stood at the door, the 2 girls at the bar looked at us as if we were crazy so we sat ourselves. We waited about 10 minutes and were never even acknowledged. We walked out and they could not care less.. came down the street to noches de Colombia instead and they were happy to help. Don't bother wasting your money here.
Went here last night for 5 de mayo and to support local business in paterson. They already added 18% gratuity to the bill as my bill was 121.00 I gave $130.00 the waiter never gave us back the change. When I went to go talk to the manager with the sleeves tattoos she looked at the rest of the girls and laugh. Well poor management on your behave and poor service when you think it's ok to steel from your costumers. The drinks are over priced and the service is poor.
This place is over priced especially for the area that it is in. The drinks are ridiculously pricey and they don't even serve you a well deserved amount for the price that you are paying. they charge more than new york, and they even try to tax you if you have a table with 2 people they try to make you pay 15% , they think they are slick . AVOID THIS PLACE, there are way better places to go in better areas with reasonable prices.
I've visited this place several times. During my most recent trip, I stopped by for a few drinks. My friend loved the margaritas while I stuck with beer. We also ordered a quesadilla and shrimp tacos, both of which were tasty. The decor and music created a fun atmosphere, and the waitstaff were friendly. Overall, we had a great time. I would definitely recommend this spot for drinks after work or on the weekend.

This place may appear a bit sketchy from the outside, but once you step inside, it's surprisingly pleasant. The customer service is very friendly, the drinks are enjoyable, and the quesadilla was delicious. I definitely recommend it! However, I gave it 3 stars because the staff was crowding me, making it hard to move around, and there was no parking available.
I recommend visiting this place at least once. The nightlife was enjoyable, and the security staff were attentive, though the area felt a bit cramped with local guys in blue uniforms. The service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience!
My husband is Colombian, and I'm Peruvian. This restaurant has been our go-to place ever since we started dating. The food is the best I've ever tasted! The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant.
It's pretty small, but I went on Wednesday for the Margarita night with my staff after work. We stayed practically until 2:00 drinking and dancing. Hookah, drinks ambience was great and also the music. It was quite illuminated for a Wednesday night!
