the most beautiful couple with massive hearts, the dogs love more than people and a huge passion for aromen and cook great homemade foods. these people have become our friends in the many years. we miss them as this year as we do not too. spanien but we had so many wonderful stays. enjoyed the best meals, cooked for themselves when they are closed, many friends taken there and we only go with what they recommend or design for us. they have also made us amazing house chorizo and moonlight! the most friendly people, to earth, with great strata and generousness. they have always felt very welcome and we have enjoyed some wonderful new years with them and the locals. love habits for them both al...
Visited in May 2019 with family. Food was fresh and simply delicious. Though we waited for an hour for paella to be cooked (the owner and chef Marco was cooking it just on the terrace in front of us, adding more and more delicious smells...with each fresh ingredient), we didn't regret a minute of waiting we spend the hour enjoying tapas, good wine and great views over Gudalest and the Castle, and were rewarded with the best paella we ever tasted in Spain. Restaurant feels very local and very friendly, views, again, are just wonderful and there's a nice breezy wind, so it's comfortable to seat outside even with the hot weather. I would definitely recommend for a relaxing lunch or dinner, but...
This was the worst service ever. The table was dirty, with some coffee poured on it, we cleaned it with a napkin because the waiter didn’t bother to do so, the cup of tea was also dirty with dust on it, the “patatos bravas” took...more than 25 min to be ready, the door to women’s bathroom was broken so it couldn’t be closed. Really terrible service, a pitty for that view!
