Came here for my dad’s birthday after driving past this restaurant for years and never visiting before. We were all very excited as the restaurant is always busy, so we took that as a sign that this was a good place to eat. On arrival, we found the ambience and decor was very warm and lovely. Sadly, the service and food did not match this. Our waitresses were somewhat blunt and unfriendly no smiles, nothing in terms of attentiveness or asking how our food was, no thanks at all despite tipping etc. We found the food was very overpriced for what it was we have dined in many other tapas bars in both London and across Spain, and this was definitely on the pricier side. The restaurant was very cozy, with a dark ambiance and good service. I'm not a huge fan of Spanish tapas, so I didn't see what all the fuss was about. The food was just average in my opinion. I would consider going back, but it's not a priority for me. The tables were too close together for my liking. Overall, I would give this place a 7 out of 10. Parking was difficult to find nearby. The recommended dishes were the croquettes. The price per person was between £30-40 for dinner. The service and atmosphere both received a rating of 4. Free street parking was an option, but it was challenging to find a spot.
