I called to order a torta, but the woman who answered the phone was quite insistent on doing things her way. I tried to explain what I wanted for my torta, but she kept asking me to list what I didn’t want instead. I found it much easier to explain my preferences directly, especially since I often add extra ingredients and I'm not familiar with everything included in their tortas. When I finally received my order, I noticed that some ingredients were missing, which was frustrating. Additionally, I couldn’t help but notice that the owner selectively responds only to the positive reviews from 2 to 4 years ago—why not address the negative ones as well?
