Even though you have to stand up in a narrow alley eating and drinking, having a barrell as a table, for us this was the best tapas place in town. You sort of have to like pork, however, as it's the main thing there (can easily be spotted as there is a pig-sign hanging above). I kept asking for the recipe of the greatest chicken tapa I've ever had, which obviously they didn't share. We had a great laugh about it every time. Must try: salsichon iberico, also the best croquetas de jamon I've ever had. Great wine, great service, we loved it!
….exactly that, tucked away in the narrow side streets but well worth tracking down. Translated into English it apparently means “belly button”, The waitress knew the menu well and was pleased to be able to help us order. Our pork biased tapas arrived quickly and was really tasty (pics taken after we had started unfortunately) The waitress recommended red complImented the food really well too. It seemed that the restaurant was favoured by locals and was pleasantly busy. Great value for money too.
Buen restaurante, servicio amable. Las alcachofas estaban excelentes, la carne también era de buena calidad, lamentablemente una de las guarniciones fue muy decepcionante, las patatas gratinadas estaban poco cocidas, flotaban en un líquido blanco, no había nada en el gratinado, la tarta de chocolate está excelente. En un restaurante de calidad hay detalles que arruinan una comida. A pesar del pequeño inconveniente lo recomiendo...
Dar un paseo por Tarifa y terminar en el bar El Ombligo tomando una ración de chicharrones guisados y un super montadito de hígado a la plancha con tocino ibérico.... bárbaro!!!!. La carta consta de múltiples montaditos, hamburguesas, raciones...en un ambiente distendido. Todo el personal estupendo...

Este verano hemos venido en varias ocasiones. Encantad@s en todos los aspectos. Relación calidad precio inmejorable. Un trato exquisito y la comida aún más. Sin duda alguna volveremos. Por cierto pedazo de equipo.
Los mejores molletes de Tarifa . Buenísimo todo!!! Y Mari la mejor , como nos ha cuidado todos los días que hemos cenado ahí. Volveremos el año que viene
