impeccable, nothing more to say. customer service was excellent. the restaurant staff was a charm with us and they know well what they do, real professionals. In the culinary issue, the pizzas we ordered were really rich. One of the details that I got the most is how they can combine the Italian tradition with some innovation; an example of this is the pizza with sheep cheese, panceta and apple — which was delicious, the truth. with all this said, I strongly recommend you to visit them if you ever go through Saint Joseph. It is advisable to book or call the restaurant itself to avoid waiting times.
the pizzas of this place are excellent: homemade, fine, crispy edge and with its own personality. especially recommending that the eggplant and the buffalo mozzarella, but all we have requested was very good. it does not fail, when in a pizzeria the magarita is as good as here, is that both the process and the product are of quality! the attention has also been perfect, we have all been pending from us and have advised us about the amounts to order and others. a 10. we are looking forward to asking for the pasta, which apparently makes it fresh and has to be brutal! But we'll probably be back!
The positive aspects are that they are good at meat dishes and the quality is very good. Eating tuna a la piedra is a great experience. It is not really Italian, the recipies are not typical for Italy. We rarely have black ink pasta “carbonara” with seafood and purple sweet potatoes for gnocchi are unheard of. But the quality and execution are good, so skip the pasta dishes and go for the meat and starters. It is terribly expensive for the Spanish average, mind you. Service is nice, quick, a bit crazy, so good fun!
the food is good there is no tail and it is not expensive except drinks, a bottle 3.50 or a coke -cola 3 €. but the slowness of the staff and the departure of the meals is extreme !!! we went to 22:15 and went out at 00:00! and there were not many people. We ate a pizza and a pasta dish. You must recognize that the Italian manager or boss or whatever is attentive and you can see that he does not stop. But I don't know what the problem is. If the staff and the food were faster, I'd give you a 5 without a doubt!

Had a fantastic meal in this fantastic restaurant. Waitress Grace gave us a warm welcome and explained the menu . I had the black spaghetti seafood which was delicious and my partner had tuna steak with vegetables and potatoes . A lovely eating experience made even more nicer with Grace . A gem of a restaurant
I've been at this place 4x during my visit to San Jose. Everything I've ordered was amazing. The tuna on stone and the tiramisu are not to be missed! They also offer a great deal for lunch, with main, drink and desert included. For dinner, make sure to book it in advance as they're are usually very busy.
It’s changed hands this year. A group of 7 of us all thought it was awful. We did not understand the menu. The portions were tiny . The waiter was nice but embarrassed by the mess the kitchen was making of our orders. It was also very expensive for what was served. Hope it was just teething trouble.
We asked for pizzas and we loved for their quality, for the environment and for the treatment of the owner and the waiters. I recommend the eggplant pizza with a buffalo mozarella and fresh sausage.
