El Palacio - Réservation de table

The set menu is for 3 courses with bread, water and wine and very good value at €14.50, although somewhat limited by the choice of 3 at each course. Portion size is large. Sirloin steak from the a la carte is €18. My wife and I shared a meat platter starter which was more than enough for 2 people. The restaurant waiter seems rather unfriendly at first, but he is now warming to us as we've eaten there a couple of times. He speaks sufficient English to make up for our pitiful Spanish. The bar waitress is very friendly. The outside terrace overlooks the river estuary and out to sea past the port. Its a good place for a pre-dinner G&T. Pure Bask cuisine, nice menu and very friendly staff Also a daily changing 3 course menu del dia which is very nice, with free bottle of wine and water At the weekend a menu with 6 courses......very nice

Very good deal, super nice staff. the bad noise of the train that happens joto next door. they should put the anti-noise panels. for the most good. the very original hotel, looks like a fairytale.

singular building worth knowing. views of the ria. the very attentive staff. Okay, if at all, I think you should repair/modernize some of the rooms that are a bit decayed or obsolete. Réservez une table maintenant

A limited choice on the menu, though priced well. The turkey chops we had were not good. The breakfast however was a better proposition

They gave me a room on the first floor, next to the railroad tracks. and the goods on the 6th of the morning get into the room.
