El Parador Del Mar Menor

this is a special place in a unique environment. we should discover great gastronomic offers and enjoy them at the sea. there is a very nice terrace on the beach and a warm winter dining room. at el parador del mar menor we can look at every detail, from the decoration and service to the quality of their kitchen also. we can also celebrate here the best weddings on the beach as well as any other type of celebration. we felt very comfortable and relaxed when we visited this place.

La Manga on the way from Valencia to Granada offered a meditative oasis for lunch. Foie gras and goat cheese terrines followed by sashimi tuna nicoise, grilled seared beef tartare, and roasted sea bass on demi glace risotto was a great multi hour lunch as the Spaniards do better than anywhere.

This place is my ultimate favorite restaurant in the whole region, this restaurant has amazed me for many years and it’s still surprising me with their fine cuisine and great location This is one of Spain’s finest places in my opinion
