Si vous n'aviez à faire qu'un restaurant à valencia, c'est celui-ci qui doit faire un accueil exceptionnel, un patron avec de petits soins, des plats typiques dont quelques primés, une cuvée personnelle supplémentaire, des conseils pour tapas. C’est mon valenciaen plus, si vous êtes gentil, le patron vient discuter avec vous. en français, un grand amateur de rugby, de nourriture, de whisky et de cigares. Pour moi, toutes les boîtes sont vérifiées ! Aussi exceptionnelle que nous sommes revenus 2 fois ce que nous n'avions jamais fait avant en visitant une ville sur 3 ou 4 jours
