I usually enjoy El Pollo Loco, but my experiences at this location have been disappointing. On three separate occasions, my order has been incorrect, and today was the worst yet. The chips were stale and unappetizing. I asked for no cilantro and for extra cheese on my tacos, but they only added cheese to one taco. Many of the taco shells were hard and stale as well. I also ordered churros, and while at other locations I've received two full sticks, here I got just one stick cut in half, and it was as hard as a rock. My drink was mostly ice with only a few sips of actual beverage. I will not be returning to this location; I'll stick to the restaurants in Henderson where I know I can get good...
When I walked into the restaurant the cashier was putting an order together for a customer. A few minutes later, another employee starting assiting with the order. Two other cashiers arrived, and i waited several minites for one of them to take my order. When I turned to leave, one of them asked if she could take my order, but I walked right out the door. Whatever happened to good customer service? If the employees don't want to work, fire them, because bad customers service is not good for any business.
I went in the morning and they hurried through my entire order at the drive-thru. They charged me separately for my drink instead of including it with my burrito, even though I specifically asked for the combo. I won’t be going back again! I hope no one else gets treated the way I was.
5 Star restaurant, the service was FANTASTIC, everyone greeted me so politely and were nice and friendly. The food was amazing and came out fast, it melted in my mouth!!! And the best part was that the restaurant was super clean, it was like it had just been opened!

First time trying El Pollo Loco and I loved it! Great food including the side dishes. Loved how they provided extra cilantro for free, and loved how clean the place was. Too bad they operate in certain parts of the US only.
I wish every employee took as much pride in themselves and their work ethic as Alex at El Pollo Loco on Fort Apache. Because of his exceptional service, I recommend visiting this location only if you're on the west side!
The food was delicious and the delivery was quick. They made sure to call out our order clearly so we could hear it, and they were always polite. The entire restaurant was clean and well-maintained.
Their food was soooooo good, it hit the spot and left me full. Very clean compared to other fast food restaurants I’ve been too. And the service was fantastic, everyone was so friendly and polite!

The cashier was very rude ? The services were lousy. I spoke to the manager about my concerns, and she just brushed me off.
I absolutely loved their new chicken fried tacos! They are a must-try, and I can't wait to come back for more.
