The entire restaurant was filthy. Tables, floors, drink stand. And the manager was sitting on the sofa in order area, talking to a cashier. I was charged $1.89 for a. 79 bag of chips. I believe it's the last time I'll visit here. Since I was over charged she was having difficulty with the refund, so she asked if I would settle for some guacamole, I said no. Barely an apology for anything, and she didn't want to give me a refund. NRJ.
The restaurant appeared to be newly renovated and was quite attractive. The staff was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, the chicken was burnt, overcooked, and dry. The rice and salsa were the saving grace of the meal. I love Pollo Loco, but the food I had on this occasion was certainly not up to their usual standards.
The pieces of chicken were very dry and quite small, and the sides were disappointing as well. There was a bit of a wait for my order, but the staff were courteous and polite. My previous experience at another location in Florida was fantastic, but this visit was a letdown because of the food quality.
manager had a bad day o something and even one of the yunger helper they need to have a better attitude and the food at this location was not good first time and last time at that location Réservez une table maintenant
Staff was patient kind and great!!! Food was yummy hot and super delicious ? my wife enjoyed it. Thank you again for a great break.
Well, the truth is that the chickens are more or less, but the thing is, if I don't like the attention, they serve you reluctantly.
Delicious Mexican style chicken. A good place for lunch, also rice, chicken taco, a soda, refreshing water.
