The foods are great, but they seem to be short, it looks like there are only 3 people currently working. I ordered to pick up at 5:50, I went there 6:00 to make sure it was ready until I arrived there, but they did not begin to get the order until I came there and waited for another 10 minutes. I can see the staff running around nonstop, and there are even people waiting to place their order. I don't blame them for not being ready. Usually I don't wait a bit, only I had to run to another border and the extra waiting made me late. Just be warned that they seem very shorthanded.
Someone spent a fortune building this place and the operation of this store is laughable. They were from the chicken, a thirty minutes waiting for chicken and tonight they were closed at the beginning of 19:45 PM without explanation or sign at the door saying that they closed or why. The drive was closed and the doors closed. At least place a shield on the front door when you close early. The sign on the door says open until 2030. This place is a joke. Don't take your time to go over there.
The past 2 times I?ve bought dinner here was disappointing! Chicken was burned and dry. Once I ordered 2 tamales and the corn husks were old dry and inedible! I love el pollo loco but lately the chicken is burned or very dry, the cilantro dressing is watery, and they give me the wrong tortillas or sometimes forget to include them with my meal. I can see from all the other reviews that I?m not the only one disappointed.
My husband and I both ordered a chicken tostada salad, and they forgot to put rice and beans and sour cream in there. We ordered by door lock we filed the complaint by them, but I also wanted to post it here to all know, check your orders really well to ensure that they are stuck in them for which you were accused. This must be the worst customer service of Fast Food Restaurant I have ever ordered from
