Place is nice food tastes good. But, when you order a Double chicken Avocado salad you expect the double chicken for what your paying abt $8.00 for the plate. I mean if your to serve hardly chicken then change the title to the plate. A bit shysty with the chicken for the plate. And the sauce it comes with you should get 2 of them if customer request with NO CHARGE. I mean seriously sheesh most places give you 2paks of dressing yall should to. Just saying yet I was dissapointed on that. The man was very rude said if you want another you have to pay for it because your only allowed 1. I'm like uff! So much for my meal wth? Wow, this place has gone down completely. Ordered delivery and got a side of Mac and cheese that had one elbow noodle and the rest was cheese water. My salad is not even correct and looks like they purposely messed this up. This location used to be ranso smoothly back in the day. Would hate to see it close but looks like it should. Tried to call to see if they would fix theissue and they don't even answer.

Horrible customer service at the drive thru window. I have never been to a pollo loco and I don?t think I?ll go back. Jesus R needs to be trained properly on customer service. He should not be working drive thru with the attitude he had. The experiencewas so bad I?ve never been treated like that. Mind you he did want to give me his name but failed to realize it?s on thereceipt that he gave us.
Love their chicken avocado burrito. The music they had playing that day was terrible, it was reggaeton. It's a dumb thing to complain about, but I'm one of those that pays attention to the music. Reggaeton has to be one of the worst things out there, you can't tell when a song ends because it's always the same beat. That music sucks. Enjoy your food take some earbuds.
I love the new pollo fit menu for people like me who eat healthier during the week! try the double chicken avocado salad with organic super-greens and salat with a double part of fire drilled chicken, avocado, cotija crumb, mais and pico. it's Keto-Friendly! the creamy cilantro dressing is so rich and tasty! it is not the healthiest choice, but worth every calorie!
Forgot our chips on our combo so we said something not sure if that upset them gave us chips but all crushed( see photo) Avocado chicken quesadilla was more than half chicken -less. (See photo) 1ST time here last time ever.

Classic Rude Valley customer service the rep ask what do you like. “Drink o no drink.It that all. Go to the windows.” Sounds frustrated to be working. Not one thank you or feeling appreciated to be a customer.
