El Pollo Loco - Réservation de table

I usually go to Drive Thru but this time, I parked the car to go inside, and I'm glad I did. Amazing Customer Service by the entire team. I mean beyond expectations. They Greeted me with a big smile, acknowledged me while I was waiting for my food. And Thanked me when I left. Great Job Lunch Team at this El Pollo Loco. Service was Soo Great that I'm writing out this review first vs. Eating my Tostada Salad that I just got from there. Highly recommend: Excellent job Lunch Team!

I had an amazing experience! I really enjoy your food, although I've noticed that many of your locations have staff who can be a bit careless and rude. However, my visit yesterday to the Slowson/Passon location in Pico Rivera was a wonderful exception. The manager, Mr. Francisco, truly went above and beyond for all the guests. The chef even offered to prepare something special for me, and it was fantastic! Thank you!

Now this place for me they have a very tasty and delicious food. They just need to have more friendly employees and cleaner ???? place. Managers need to make sure to have an employee available to clean and disinfect tables and chairs after eachcustomer leaves. A clean place is always something a customer wants and friendly employees.

My experience at this location was very high high quality. Aasher the employee working the drive thru had very great costumer service, was friendly and acknowledged me while I was waiting for my food to be prepared. I got my food within a minute and a half of ordering it. Great Job Aasher and the rest of the Pollo Loco team.

I had the best experience at an El Pollo Loco that I've ever encountered. The staff was incredibly friendly. I found myself lost in that area, and we decided to stop by for a meal. They truly made us feel welcome, and everyone was just really nice. Thank you!

Garbage! Garbage when it comes to there Birria menu. Tacos had so little meat, I thought I was eating a quesadilla. The burrito was was nothing but beans and rice. Definitely not flavorful at all. Stick to chicken pollo loco.

Really clean. Friendly staff and great tasting chicken and tostada bowls. Open for diving, masks required, soda refills available. Open toilets for customers. Réservez une table maintenant

My double avocado salad was delicious even thoughthe avocado portion is tiny. I like this location because they always have the chunky mild salsa.
