El Pollo Loco - Réservation de table

The following assessment is based on my opinions when visiting this company on 03/24/2022 at 12:10. This place is a complete Irrgarten. I'm here at 12:10. I finally had to place my order at 12:20. I have my food at 12:45. From what I saw, they had 4 employees. Thank you for showing the work. This review is not for the employees working there. The Franchisee has to work harder to find more employees here, please. Customers were just on food everywhere. I was surprised that they charged me $4 for two small plastic packages guacamole. Each package probably has about two 1-1.5 tablespoons of guacamole. When I got my food, the ice was melted in my drink. The salad was delicious? Thank you, El Pol...

I have eaten at this Pollo Loco three times in the last month. The food from this particular store is always fresh and the portions are ample. If it were just the food I would rate it five stars. However, this particular Pollo Loco is very old and dated, the dining area distracts from from enjoying the food, thus the downgrade to 4 stars. The employees are nice and responsive, a good team, customer oriented and friendly.

This restaurant is fantastic! I absolutely love their Pollo bowl, avocado salsa, and horchata. You really can’t go wrong with this spot. It’s popular among both local residents and university students. The lunchtime crowd from nearby offices keeps it bustling. Plus, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I have to start by saying that the chicken nachos paired perfectly with the beer! The beans were especially delicious. As for the other items, they’re best saved for the next day. Unlike burgers, the rest of the food reheats really well, and I know that from past experience. Réservez une table maintenant

That was July 9th. I came there at 7:57 and the place closes at 20:00 not only they let us in, but cooked more food for us and a few more customers behind us with a smile on the face. These are great people who offer amazing customer service.

They had the order ready quickly, and it was right, but I was never recognized by an employee, and the smell inside was abusive. The food was good for what it was, but I was a little bit more careful than normal when eating this time.

The food was great, the restaurant itself was very hot, I think the AC was working, I visited a 100-degree weather day and I decided to dive. When I left the outside, it was cooler than in the restaurant. I hope the AC was fixed.

The food we got was awesome but they forgot our Chicken Taco al Carbon and Macaroni Cheese so even though our Double Chicken Tostada Salad apos;s were great we paid for more and didn apos;t get it. Réservez une table maintenant

The food was fresh and the portion sizes were generous. We thoroughly enjoyed the salads, burritos, chicken, and tacos – everything was delicious!

I really loved the tortilla soup, and I'm coming back for more tonight! I just wish there was a way to get extra chips.
