I love pollo loco but every time I visit this place, it is always a bad experience. This place is always dirty, the tables are always dirty and garbage on the floor, the customer service is not good. I used the voucher from the Pollen Loco app to get $2 from the classic Tostada salad full price and when I got my Tostada salad, they gave me small portions and when I was the lady she said that?s how it comes with the voucher in smaller portions and every time I get this same voucher I get the full Tostada salad as it should be in the voucher. I went in there today and ordered the classic chicken tostada salad and it looked awful and she put a small part of the chicken. I also ordered the 2 pie...
I like pollo loco chicken bowls and their chicken with rice beans and torts. But not at this place!!! Here is why I walked in one day for take out. As I walked to the counter a worker set up a ladder near the salsas and fountain drinks. Without covering anything under him or in the kitchen he started wiping the dirty vents on the ceiling you ?could see things falling and floating in the air I turned around and walked right out. For them to do that during business hours and while people were eating WOW what do they do when your not there. Something they should do when closed and everything is put away. Have not been here since. But do go to other locos. I live just around the corner.??
Location is convenient and about same size as most. Staff was friendly, service efficient and order was correct. I went near dinner time on a weekday during the holiday and they had a long car line in drive thru but the wait inside was better. Chicken was tasty as you would expect but some of the drumstick pieces were drier than Inwould have liked. Mashed potatoes and mac n cheese were good. I didn't see some of the issues as mentioned in other reviews. Will be back again the next time I am visiting in the area.

The place was really dirty; the tables weren't clean, and there was food and garbage on the floor. When I finally got my order, it was incomplete—I was missing my potatoes, and they also ran out of cilantro and napkins. It was a frustrating experience overall.
Pollo Loco is fantastic, that’s all there is to it. I'm so grateful for their $5 menu options, which provide a much-needed budget-friendly choice during these challenging times. Their chicken is by far the tastiest in the fast-food industry. They also have excellent family meal deals and healthy options like keto items and salads.

The double chicken Tostada salad unfortunately ordered the amount of chicken it came with was short, double chicken smh.
