I placed an order online for pickup, and it was supposed to be ready at 8:16 PM. I arrived early, only to find the doors locked. The line was extremely long, and it seemed like they took ages to begin serving orders. It was frustrating to watch my food sitting out on the countertop while it grew cold. I felt like driving through just to receive a meal that was no longer hot was pointless.
Additionally, there was a man trying to pick up an order at the door, but despite his attempts to signal with his phone, nobody came to help him. I tried calling the restaurant several times with no success. To top it off, when I finally made it through the drive-thru, the staff greeted me with a casual "h...
We ordered a soup it was nasty we usually eat the tortilla soup from pollo loco the soup we got was really bad. Like if they open a can and put a little pice of chicken and corn. The avocado burritos were cold and only 1/8th of avocado. We love Pollo Loco but this one was definitely the worse we ever taste.
Drive thru only. The line was but was very impressed how quickly it went through. So service was quick and accurate. But I wish and FEEL the lobby was open to order take out. If the drive thru was too slow. I would have drove away without giving them a chance.
I ordered the Double Chicken Bowl, and it was outstanding. This was my first time trying it, and I was really impressed. The service was fast and efficient. I'm a big fan of El Pollo Loco, and I also really enjoy their condiment bar!

I went to the drive-thru hoping to try their pozole, but was disappointed to find out it was discontinued. I ended up ordering the tortilla soup instead, which was a letdown.
I ordered mac and cheese but received mashed potatoes and gravy instead. I also didn’t receive the coleslaw I had ordered, and the salsa was incorrect as well.
The meal and the pollo bowl were both absolutely delightful. The churros were also very tasty. Thank you, and keep up the excellent work!
Chicken burnt and never did get chips and soda. Not sure if driver was aware. Not sure if its responsibility to check complete order.

I received my order without any chicken, the sauces were missing, and the coleslaw was also not included.
