El Pollo Loco - Réserver une table

Did not get her name, but a young woman sneaked my mother and I while I was in the drive thru after failure, us 2 articles we ordered that were not in the pocket. The rude part was her and her colleague who took the payment to avoid coming back to the window to solve the problem. We were ignored until a young man can participate in our needs. You have to withdraw both employees.

Recognition and little urgency to improve customer service will be a plus, general food was good, lobby was clean and pleasant with comfortable temperature. Would be nice to see teamwork where FOH helps each other and get out of their station to help with customers instead of going back to skip the rush

Very friendly staff, fast service during the ride thru and the crowded Chicken Fajita Quesadilla was excellent. Back to the staff it was nice to see a smiling face and some who love their job!!

Fast food motivates me to write a review, but I have the best, freshest food and really friendly and friendly service at this point on 3/20/22, at noon.
