El Pollo Loco - Réserver une table

Okay, so several things happened on this visit ?. Just bought a family meal at this location a couple minutes ago and we came home to a not-so-appetizing sight. Parts of the chicken were cooked, however every single leg/thigh of chicken we had either had a blood stain or was not fully cooked all the way. After trying to pick out parts of the chicken that we liked, we were disgusted and gave up right away. Apart from that, our order was supposed to be ready at 9:30 and we arrived at around 9:45 and it still was not ready. Waited for a total of 10 minutes just waiting for an order that should have been ready. I am not one to come out here and complain, but my husband and I were extremely hungr...

One of the worst, if not the worst Pollo Loco site in the area. My local primary school has kindergartens that can operate this place more effectively. They are constantly running out of the chicken and their costume service leaves a lot to be desired. I called companies since the employees informed that they did not know how to contact their DM/RM.... it's over a week and company didn't call me back.

I live so close this branch and I used to be a big fan and recommend it all the time, but my last two visits were very frustrating. One time it took almost an hour the send time it took less because I kept complaining it make me feel like the cook was doing it on purpose. He was just talking to a female behind the counter. I used to go at least twice a week I haven?t been there in over a month.

Most workers simply waste your time and do not want to help you with your order. But the food was okay even though I asked for my avocado on the side and still on my salad.

Their tostada salads get less and less food in them every time we go. nowhere near their online pics
