This is the perfect place to head to after a movie. We went to see Indiana Jones at the Regal Theater then headed to El Pollo Loco for a toastada extra chicken salad with the Cilantro creamy dressing and chips.Drive thru was empty. We wanted to go inside to check it out.Food was great. Order was correct the first time. Employees smiled and were always moving.I love the location for outdoor seating and all the tables and dining area was clean and neat. Thank you Employees at this franchise your doing great!

A disaster if a location that gets orders wrong more than half the time, is consistently out of items, and is understaffed by slow, unhelpful employees. I like EPL and would recommend ANY other location…this place needs new management immediately or should be shut down by corporate. A disaster.

Very nice service from the cashier in the front in the morning he provided me with all I requested and even went to ask if everything was ok. Great service !!!Parking: Very clean .
