I had the worst experience at this restaurant. If the owner doesn't start taking care of the business, they might as well close down. First, they refused to take my order because they were trying to charge me the wrong amount and didn't seem to care. Second, their website stated they closed at 10 PM on Saturday, but when I arrived at 7:30, they said the kitchen was already closed. This isn’t the first time I've encountered such issues. My advice to the owner is to manage the business properly, or they will lose customers due to poor management. In other words, consider letting go of your current employees and hiring new ones who know how to treat customers properly.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant today. My wife discovered a rubber band in one of the alcapurrias she was eating, which really put her off, and she couldn't finish her meal. We spoke to the manager and requested a refund, at the very least as a gesture for the unpleasant experience, but the owner refused to provide a refund, only offering to pay for the alcapurria with the rubber band. Unfortunately, we won't be returning to this establishment. They have lost a frequent customer.
The food is good, but I found the prices to be quite high. I paid $26 for three beef empanadas, a bottle of water, and a small plate of chicharrón. Additionally, the service was very slow and unsatisfactory. There were three staff members working, but only one was taking orders, which didn’t make much sense. There was no greeting—no “good afternoon” or “good morning,” just a dismissive “What do you want?” with an attitude for no apparent reason.
The food was decent, but I really dislike being treated differently just because I don’t speak Spanish. I was polite when I placed my order and even left a tip. The person who took my order was on their lunch break, and the staff behind the counter didn’t even inform me when my food was ready.

The attendants were nice and took my order correctly there was music playing, and the dining area was well kept and clean, it was a little pricey but the food was good, would definitely go back to try out their other food
This place is quite pricey. For 2 empanadas, 1 relleno, 1 mavi, 1 Coke, and 1 small conch salad, I ended up spending $60.00. They really need to reconsider their pricing.
This place has the best Mofongo and sorullos I've ever had. The chicharrón was tasty, although the breaded meat was a bit tough, it still had great flavor.
Mofongo was excellent, alcapurrias very good, surullos great, the potato not good, but the meat pieces very tasty.
