The food was not true to Puerto Rican cuisine; the flavors were off, and some dishes were bland. The staff was unwelcoming and appeared to be unacquainted with the menu. We ordered appetizers, a main course, dessert, a bottle of wine, and a Coke, and the total came to nearly $90, which seemed too expensive. Despite there only being three occupied tables, it took nearly two hours to get through the entire meal. Will I return? No.
This was my second visit, and I had a wonderful time with friends and family. The venue has great acoustics for karaoke. However, it was a little disappointing that the staff allowed their friends to sing too many songs, which reduced the time available for the rest of us to sing the two songs we were promised.
Ordered bacalaitos as an appetizer.. had to use a ton of napkins to remove some of the grease.. waited 45 minutes for the main course.. my spouse received hers.. after 5 more minutes u cancelled mine ..patrons who arrived much later than us received their food. At this point I cancelled my order..
Terrible food. Terrible drink. The server messed up 2 of 3 orders. She never checked with us to see how everything was or if we needed anything. The AC was too high it was too cold. The small print in yellow on the menu was hard to see. Nothing good about this place during this visit. ?? Réservez une table maintenant
The food was good, especially the alcapurrias, but the service was disappointing. I waited over half an hour for three alcapurrias, and other diners also expressed their frustration with their delayed orders.
Delicious food and excellent service! The staff was very friendly and attentive to my parents. We came here based on a recommendation from a business owner across the street, and I'm really glad we did.
The dish was delicious, the only thing I would improve is the waiting time for food, it took longer than expected. Other than that, was really good!
Food was amazing but the noice was so loud. The musics is so loud you can even have a conversation with the person next to you. Réservez une table maintenant
