Vor kurzem durfte ich ein neues für mich und interessantes Restaurant in Hamburg besuchen. Mit etwas rustikalem Interieur hat es doch etwas Charmantes an sich. Nun, wussten wir aber nicht, dass es am Montag doch so voll sein konnte. Ob es wohl an dem Tapas-Menü liegen würde oder an die grossen Gruppen, die plötzlich auch wie wir am Montag Abend leckeres portugiesisches Essen speisen wollten...; Service war an sich sehr nett und aufmerksam, leider hat es etwas gedauert bis wir unseres Essen, Hauptspeise bekommen haben. Das Essen war toll: die Dorada schmeckte hervorragend, der Wein Vino Verde passte gut dazu, konnte aber noch mehr sinnliche Palette haben, das Gemüse waren gut zubereitet. Fall...
The restaurant serves Spanish and Portuguese food/dishes which means it offers different Tapas, a lot of fish and seafood, some meat dishes. I had a Tapas-plate (with different tapas) which was a bit blant and it was very little food. Then I ordered Gambas...in garlic, which was tasty but way too expensive for approx. gambas. Finally, I had blue mussels in tomato-white-wine sauce. This portion was worth it and it tasted very good. In general, it was ok. I would go again but then I would order something that is worth the money.
Wir waren gestern Abend mit unserer Familie (Tochter, Schwiegersohn und 1 1/2 jährige Enkelin) hier zum Essen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und nach der Kontrolle der Impfzertifikate an unseren reservierten Tisch begleitet! Die Getränke kamen sehr schnell, die Tapas waren von sehr guter Qualität. Unsere Enkelin bekam vor uns ihre Süßkartoffelfrites. Das fanden wir sehr gut, da sie dann erstmal beschäftigt war

We booked as a Party of with a fixed menu. the kithen seemed unable to cope with the restaurant being full. The food was nothing special and really quite easy to prepare but we were served eratically. The tapas were average the meat and...tuna overcooked and the sides only arrived when we mentioned that they were missing. It seems this Restaurant is understaffed at peak times.
The food is very tasty, the place very high and beautifully decorated. The waiters were friendly, the only thing that bothers me extremely is the aquarium at the back. I find it terrible that the cancers and other animals are kept completely bad there and then also prepared for food, although they still lived 2 seconds ago. Something should be banned!
The pulpo and squid, the shellfish, the fresh fish.... yummy! My kids and my wife were humming with delight. Helpful, that we speak Portuguese ;
Kein herausragendes Fischrestaurant. Das Ambiente ist eher schlicht und hat einen kalten Charakter
