It is nice to see that after all these years another local favorite has not changed too much. It has been over 5 years since we visited El Rancho, but everything still tastes the same; That's good! We have family members who go here because they swear that El Ranchero has the best Fajitas Poblano everywhere. We like cheese enchiladas, chicken dishes, and their Fjita meat is in our top 10 for local Mexican restaurants. Friday evenings here were muded earlier, and there was a waiting for place, but on our last Friday evening visit (June 2022) their many seats were available to sit. The restaurant was definitely not dead, but it was nowhere near max capacity as back a day. The food tasted great...
So after I made my groceries, I'll look at the back of the receipt. I noticed a voucher for El Ranchero Mexican Restaurant for Fajitas for one for $11,95. I never use coupons when I chose my food preference, but I decided to try it. I had the beef phajitas for one who came with fried beans, rice, 4-tortillas and guarcamole. I also have tortilla chips with salsa. The chips were warm n crispy and the salsa was warm n delish! I like the salsa so much that I put the Fajitas. The food n service was excellent. I highly recommend it. Maybe I need to check the back of my receipts more often for more restaurant options!
The most perfect plate of food. I usually rate Mexican food by the rice....and the rice was delicious....by far the best I've e had at any Mexican restaurant Although the waiter spilled the salsa all over my friends phone..... completely awesome service....Id recommend this restaurant for amazing authentic Mexican food...!!!!
This place has been a solid and fantastic place for TexMex for many years. I love stopping at a time for the local vibes and good food. Service is always attentive and everything tastes fresh. You can't go wrong with an order here, but I recommend the Cancun Special if you want to try a bit of everything!
