I've been encouraged to write my first opinion about how well we've eaten here. I don't believe much in gastronomic guides, but in this case the Michelin guide doesn't fail. the gastronomic experience has been perfect and it is for me without doubt the top 1 on the island of the palm, a step above any other gastronomic offer of the island, another level. As a lover of the fruits of the sea I would stay with such locusts with wakame, very well. I repeat safely.

we had the menu for 90.00€. at the beginning enthusiastic about the first 4 courses, then unfortunately it went off very fast. the variation of the fish was inedible, the filet of the iberico-skin with fibers and that also disserts unfitable. very bad. ambiente and service was very hard. therefore 3 stars.
