Pros: The handmade tortillas were authentic and delicious, the lengua was juicy and tender, and would have been even better with a little salt. The asada was good and well-seasoned but not particularly juicy. The carnitas had a delightful lightness and flavor, with just the right amount of crispiness. I loved the horchata; it was refreshing and not overly sweet. The sope was enormous (as you can see in the pictures) — I expected a small one, but it could easily have been a meal on its own.
Cons: The service was a bit slow; I was dining solo, which made it take a little longer, but it wasn’t too much of a hassle. Some dishes could benefit from a bit more seasoning.
