El Rio Grande - Réserver une table

Horrible Experience!! Everything started out fine, but as soon as we ordered, our food came out wrong 2x . Then our sever didnt come back to get refills or even to get us our check for almost an hour. We decided to get desert (this was not a good idea) what we order was not what was brought to us. It was a sad fried tortilla with a freezer burnt scoop of icecream. We also got the kiddos churros which also came with the same ice cream. They did not eat it, i dont know aboutanyone else but ive never seen any of my kids not want to eat desert. Needless to say we will not be back. We are usally very understanding when it comes to service but this dining here was absolutely terrible.

I have been dying for Mexican food and they did not let me down!!! The food was sooooo good and it was plenty. The arroz con pollo was everything I needed! Also had the shredded chicken quesadilla which was juicy and seasoned perfectly! 44oz margaritas were good too. I'll be back for sure???? Came back again on 7/2 and was amazed at the food again. My go to when I'm in NoKy and craving Mexican! This time I opted for the pitcher margarita and yep it too was amazing again.

The host asked me and my husband to share a set of silverware so he wouldn't have to wash more utensils. Absolutely ridiculous. Then no one even acknowledged us or came to our table for 15 minutes and we were 1 of 3 tables in the entire restaurant. Do better!
