this place is okay i been ordering for a long time.but my last issue witht this place was they charge me alot for an order that was not the right the right one. when i call the one who takes the order respond well the kitchen is busy!!its not fair to becharged for the wrong order and have no dignity to at least send the right one i had to wait for 1 hour for this !!! you guyneed to do better be more professional
I always go on Saturdays to buy food but today the service was terrible and not only me, the other person who was there was treated like we were trustworthy... the woman identified me and I asked her if she was the owner or in charge. That way with that attitude no one would arrive.P.S; a photo of how I pack my food. It wasn't even spicy, I told him I would wait for him to do it and he said not yet.
The service at this restaurant is quite poor, and the prices are very high. It’s shameful that they don’t know how to treat their customers properly. They seem to lack the basic skills needed to provide good service, and the staff should really take the time to learn how to attend to patrons better. Even the person preparing the food could benefit from some training.
I can say one thing: Esperanza, the woman who works there, is just sweet and kind. She always brings joy when taking your order, and she charges exactly what she's supposed to. Unfortunately, the other women can be rude, angry, or may overcharge you. However, the Guatemalan food is delicious, and my family and I love eating there! Réservez une table maintenant
My mom ordered chicken soup, and they told us it would take about 7 minutes. However, it ended up taking nearly an hour for them to bring it out. When she finally received the soup, she remarked that the chicken tasted quite old, and there wasn't enough chicken in it.
This venue is terrible for events. They don't provide food for collaborators, photographers, DJs, and others, which makes for a really unpleasant atmosphere. I wouldn't recommend it.
I won't say their food is bad but I think the quality of their food was above and beyond during their begging which has decreased a lot through the past years
The food is excellent, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend this place for any type of event. Réservez une table maintenant
This is a fantastic spot for family gatherings, celebrations, and meetings.
