Beautiful restaurant that we did not expect to find in Chimiche. We went for a shot done because we already had it on our radar for a long time, and it did not disappoint. They have a tasting menu for €58 (August 2023) very tight in price for the quality it has, it is worth it to get to know the restaurant. The only drawback is that the service seemed slow to us, we entered at 1:00 p.m. and left at 5:00 p.m. Yes, it is true that for a tasting menu one always takes into account that it takes between 2 and 3 hours, but on this occasion the wait between dishes was too long and especially towards the end of the menu they went by the drop of a hat. We ordered the tasting menu €58) We thought it was well priced for the amount of dishes there were. The service was very good. Among the dishes, the carpaccio, the fish and the dessert were very good. I put the 3 stars because the meat was not good tough and bland). Finally add that I did not like the detail of charging for bread in the tasting menu.
