One of my favorite burrito joints... but this recent visit really lacked in flavor. I hope they can get the flavor back in the food. Edit: the steak did not seem to be seasoned. I LOVE the steak and avocado burrito... seriously love this thing... but this time there was no flavor. Bring back the seasoning or amp it up if possible. I'm hoping you find this feedback helpful.
Great reasonably-priced burritos and other standard Mexican fare, but: be careful when ordering takeout. El Super left desserts out of the bag on pickup. They also ignored instructions not to put cheese on a taco order, bad for family member with a dairy allergy. Recommend checking the order contents carefully on pickup.
In general, good food for the price point. People are nice. Healthy options are available, which is very nice. Great to have a more authentic place nearby. Can be a bit salty at times but flavor is very good. Salsa is among best we've had.

Love it! I got a wet bean burrito with lettuce, rice and salsa. Very large burrito. It was really el super. Very reasonably priced and worth the wait. The line was very long but moved quickly. So yummy!
I have been frequenting this spot since I was a baby growing up right around the corner. The burritos are amazing! If you are hungry and in the area i definitely think you will walk away feeling full.
Food is outstanding. One burrito is enough for two meals. Staff was friendly. When we come back to San Francisco, our family will put this on our must go to list.
