A perfect setting in the square by the church. Water feature bubbling away and the staff at Goo are fantastico ! There is a great choice of wines and authentic tapas dishes, as well as the best Sangria I have had in Calella. The patatas bravas are amazing, genuinely a cut above the rest.
Had a quick drink here before going for a japanese meal- a two minute walk away. A courtyard feel popular with the locals. Lovely snacks available- ham, olives etc. Had the green olives stuffed with anchovies- delicious. Staff efficient. Seating inside and out.
Had a lovely seat outdoors next to the fountain with a lovely view of the church. Great place to watch the world go by. Service was very friendly and the tapas was amazing. The Iberico acorn ham was excellent. It just melted in the mouth.
I bought Jamón Ibérico there 7 years ago and last september I was in Calella and bought again 2 packages.... El jamón, el lomo, el manchego, la botella de Cava....in one word....Super!! Muchas gracias and for the staff as well!! Réservez une table maintenant
We had only intended to have a lunch time drink in the square. But decided to share a plate of patatas bravas. We soon wished we had ordered one each! If you are in Calella, you must try these they are unlike anyone else's.
