I love cooking and eating, and have a food column in a Texas newspaper. People, this is The Place! Warm and stylish atmosphere, superb service, excellent food, high quality local products. Food plating was balanced, presentation was lovely. Authentic with a modern twist. They say, the young chef worked in London’s Four Seasons. The first thing you encounter when you enter the Tiró is a very welcoming establishment, with a desire to be there and excellent treatment. They offer a menu proposal. It is not a very extensive offer but for me more than enough since it is a clear commitment to quality. Both the product and the kitchen. I highlight an excellent pork shank!
