I love cooking and eating, and have a food column in a Texas newspaper. People, this is The Place! Warm and stylish atmosphere, superb service, excellent food, high quality local products. Food plating was balanced, presentation was lovely. Authentic with a modern twist. They say, the young chef worked in London’s Four Seasons. A warm crusty bread, wine, cheeses and other local “crowd-pleasers” were unbeatable, and took deliciousness to a new level. We had silky duck confit, and beef with excellent homemade fried potato.
