We had a reservation tonight, but when part of our party arrived early, they were told to wait. Even when the whole party arrived at the reservation time, the restaurant was still figuring out seating. Ultimately, we were seated in the bar area where the service was incredibly poor. We had to ask for plates and silverware after finally receiving our tortillas. By the time our server finally came to take our order, we were already prepared to order both drinks and meals due to the long wait. The food took forever to arrive, and during the time between placing our order and getting our meal, the server seemed to ignore our existence. The servers are typically unenthusiastic. They appear irritated and inconvenienced. They bring tea without inquiring about sweetener and then disappear for an extended period before returning. They lack friendliness. The food, however, is satisfactory. The tortillas are excellent, and the chicken in cream sauce and chili verde are both tasty. Unfortunately, the chocolate fountain has been replaced with Hershey's syrup, which is disappointing. Overall, it is not recommended to dine here, especially considering the hefty price of $42 plus tax.

If someone was to ask me who is the epitome of a great server I would say watch Antillo ! My friend and I have had Antillo for our server nearly every time we have dined at El Torito. He is amazing he remembers what we like to drink and eat and never misses a beat! In my opion, Antillo is restaurant manager ready! That is...if he could still be our server too!!!

The server was rude wasn’t friendly at Always looked irritated never asked us how our food was whenever we asked for refills he’s was annoyed the food the chicken was dry no flavor and the fish was dry and nasty was a waste me and my family will never come back here so disappointed poor customer service as well

We had my dad’s birthday dinner at this place. We were a big party and the service was bad and food too. We mostly asked for the carne asada and shrimp plate and meat was hard. We had to get our waiter ourselves. The manager checked on us but didn’t make a difference in the service.

Birthday celebration for my 2 kids (24 and 26) with their cousins and family. The waiter was extremely attentive and took care of our party of 11 with grace. The food and service have always been great every time I have come here.

Took 40 mins to get our food and the restaurant was not busy only two other tables in our section. Server was not pleasant and you can tell he did not want York that day. Finally got our food and it was cold!

The restaurant was short-staffed, resulting in long wait times for service. It would often take around 5 minutes to flag down a server for a soda refill or more tortillas.

Adriana was incredible!! With such a large party 12 adults she didn’t miss a beat. Very attentive and welcoming!!! Such a joy and professional on service great job

Fresh tortillas were a little gummy taco bar was good, too much cilantro mixed in the diced onions. Over good. Burger had limp lettuce, not enough sauce.
